@pixelante your right but they should, there job is to protect civilians but there always to concerned abt the criminal who's putting innocents in danger.

@rasterman7 The way they were presenting it, the Quirk appears to be able to enhance speed in a concentrated fashion, not long term since that would be like a non Gum Gum Devil Fruit user trying to enhance their performance via "doping" like Luffy did. The body would not survive it or your lifespan would be cut down even if you somehow acclimated to it. The Flashtime moment felt like it should've had some indication that it isn't like the spurts of speed he was using before, he was seeing everything in such slow speed that he was able to do all that in the span of probably a few seconds in real time, but it was more like 30 seconds for him

@0451 Now that you mention it, you're right. It doesn't make sense that the police aren't allowed to use their quirks.

| @KingBaller06 I think most of the police are quirkless or have quirks that are mostly useless. Still, this feels like an asinine rule because a lot of cops would probably risk their lives unknowingly just to save paperwork or something. I'm guessing this will probably be addressed in some way later in this series. |

| I had forgotten about the new villain from last season. Looks like he has some kind of quirk that allows him to move at super speeds for a short time that somehow incorporates electricity. Looks pretty limited to how far he can go and often he can use it. Great for Koichi to immediately use his new quirk ability right away. He went full chad and saved Pop Step. Crab girl is so cute, easily one of my new favorites. |

| Being able to cut anything that fits between your fingers or legs? Hey, Kaniko could be a really competent pro Hero with that quirk. 4/5 episode. Pop needing to be rescued for the umpteenth time was annoying but I enjoyed the parts with the speedster and the way how they portrayed his quirk's usage was pretty cool. |

| Dude has such a powerful quirk but still somehow managed to get himself injured, smh. Was pretty cool though how he dealt with everyone in the end. Pop ending up being useless again and again is getting pretty old now though. |

| I take back what I said about the anime after this ep The main villain showed up, and with overwhelming energy on his side. Sent by All For One, his powers couldn't be anything less than absurd. I believe his personal Quirk has something to do with controlling machines. But, super speed on its own is already powerful, but using it to STOP TIME? I'll say it again: STOP TIME! How could All For One use such a trump card on a random villain? I felt bad for the police officers, but especially for Pop. She had to endure all that dizziness for so long. Thankfully, Koichi was there to save her once again, giving me some great moments of my favorite couple. Still, the real highlight was the incredible duo Fat Gum and Monika. Cutting through metal with just her fingers is brutal. And that kick? That was insane! Once again, I was wrong about her. She's incredibly strong. The anime is back in full force, and I'm excited for more moments like this. I'll say it again: I'm betting this is Koichi's season!  |

| Hmm, Koichi didn't really do much here huh... All he did was jump onto the crab, but didn't do anything. Everything was done by the Crab Girl and Fatman. The only thing Koichi did was pick up Pop... lol . Here I was thinking he was going to use a combination of his power + new power to stop the crab, but nope... nothing. . Also, that "Flash" dude is interesting, but obviously he has tons of limitations. While he can move like "Flash", but he can only do it for a couple of seconds and then have to recharge, he also doesn't have "fast sense" to see attacking coming toward him. So he can't really dodge them like "Flash" can. . So... we got Superman and Batman in season 1, and now in season 2 with Koichi as Spiderman and the new villian dude as Flash. (and a couple of Kamen Rider, lol) What other superheroes are we gonna have? |

| Monika was pretty cool sussing out where the illegal goods and the fake employee. Too bad no one was prepared for how OP his quirk was! It's a good thing he only went for the police officers body armor and not to take them out, because his super speed is wild! Fat Gum tanking that explosion at the cost of losing all his fat stores was also cool. That's why he's such a great hero. |

Call me crazy but isn't this quirk stronger than everything in AOF's arsenal? This episode had no directing, they were just coloring and pasting manga panels onto the screen with no sense of timing or pacing at all. 2/5 |

| The fact super speed alter are possible make it so Vilain of the main serie won without even trying, but this is a spinoff so who care, there was even crab made for handling but have self destruct because of reason bro. |
| The guy with the big scar has a pretty broken Quirk, and I think this is the first time we’ve really gotten to see its full potential in action. If he ever fully masters it, he could easily become one of the most dangerous villains in the series. I was waiting for Koichi to come in and save the day, but unfortunately, he’s still too weak to do much right now. |
