I can see him just coming out and saying “I’m recently divorced, so I am not interested in being in a relationship right now” (which would be the emotionally intelligent thing an adult would do), but instead we get the typical dense male lead who belligerently refuses to pickup on obvious hints that the female lead is dropping. This is annoying when it is done with high school characters, but both leads are single adults living together smh
| @KM_31 yeah i agree. its one thing to not get the wrong idea about friendliness, but she's been so obvious over the last (only) 3 chapters. it's not like he hasn't been flirted with before- he was literally married. if anything, he should recognize that she's making moves on him and just let her know what he thinks about it. |

@Komlan_6 Thinking abt it logically, I kinda wonder what exactly she considered domestic violence. Like were there any bruises or signs of beating? What evidence made this a valid case? Sure the guy's big, strong, and clumsy but I feel like there might be more factors in this

| @Anime-Otaku123 nah, she knows that the MC is a good guy. I'm pretty sure the wife had the recorder and overreacted intentionally to get a divorce with full payment. Basically, it was a trap imo. Leaving that aside, I'm glad that they aren't treating the main couple as teenagers, I have seen a lot of stories with an adult cast acting like kids. Most of the issues are the insecurities of the MC because of the recent divorce. |
