| That was seriously anticlimactic LOL not only did this whole thing feel drawn out, but the payoff was so underwhelming too. Abe (along with his family) was exposed for leading a drug smuggling ring, stealing and selling artifacts, and all he got was a punch in the face, some wind, and he got expelled from school... Is he even going to be arrested? Is his family going to be punished at all? This is such a huge let down... Emposter said: It occurs to me that there is another way to invalidate the special slave crest without causing a backlash from the god...just leave the crest intact and wipe out Abe's family. Just saying. This guy brings up a good point. There's no need to fight a god to break the seal. Just kill Abe's family. They're all assholes anyways who will continue their bs. Unfortunately people think she's being "too cruel". So you have either anime characters that don't kill or actually take care of assholes like Abe and his family, or you have characters that are "too cruel" this season. Take your pick ig. Eftal felt like a failure in his past life, he died and reincarnated with way more powerful magic, stuff that's been completely forgotten and lost, he stopped an army, left home to study magic... That's kind of it. This show doesn't really have a direction now. |

| What was her plan to go their and get her ass beat? She has to obey him. Also why didn't he order her to do something to Eftal while he was standing their and she had the sword. I thought for sure he would order her to kill him or herself since she still has her slave crest and he is still her master. Not like Eftral would hit her or harm her in anyway, dude had the upper hand the whole time and didn't use it. Kind of a dumb way to end this. |
| Even after all this while seeing Anastasia helpless and cowered by her slave state, it's the Portes clan who only benefits from her and her late sister Tatiana's slave work. And yes, while her backstory may be stretched out trying to understand what her sister did for her, despite having to surrender at times, if getting her own will back makes her stronger, so shall it be. I'd feel too much for Anastasia having her heart of gold to atone for her sins going against Abe, and the effect of Eftal seeing her effort to deal justice to him, just by using his Level 7 Chaos Weed, it...just seems like the sex slave plotline was constructed as a joke to lengthen the story in the most stereotypical fashion. Up until this point, the Round quarter from Episode 7 to this one, it just completely derailed any hopes of this show being any more enjoyable. |

I know. Eftal got his father and brother executed and all Abe gets is expelled from school for having a drug smuggling ring, stealing and selling priceless treasures and whatever else he did.

| @kumorikami That would be the easiest way, but I think that sparing him will bring him more shame, because after all, he lost to a "lower race" like human. I would compare this Abe to the character from The Witcher 3 - Cyprian Wiley aka . At least on a mental level. |
