I really like this fantasy history genre, but I feel confused reading this. Maybe It's fault of translation but action scenes or jokes sometimes doesn't make sense and I get lost. The story is trying to be detective because heroine and the duke are trying to resolve who is behind murders. I wonder who didi it and I really hope that It will all make sense in the end.

Story: 6/10
The story wasn't really anything special, as you can find many other manhwa with the same theme of a fantasy romance, a fake relationship contract, the lead coming from another world, all of the above, etc. Throughout the story, the pacing was mostly good until I got to the last 20-ish chapters. It felt as if it was just a little bit rushed because the events were just being thrown around. A lot of the occurrences that were in favor of the leads were obviously plot armor, and some of them also just genuinely didn't make sense. I also would really like to know ...

Mother of plotholes and lazy plot devices.
Story 5/10: The premise was good but the plot is really weak. Things workout because they magically do, none of the discussed plans/matters are kept consistent throughout the chapters and the dialog is too literal. Art 6/10: The main characters are really well illustrated, while everything else is meh. The background art is horribly done almost as if it was generated using AI 3 years ago, and the dresses are below average in design and color.
